Details
(Whiteboard: [gfx-noted])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.1.2 Safari/605.1.15
Steps to reproduce:
Watched a video via Vimeo or YouTube
Actual results:
Colours are over saturated and too contrasty compared to other colour managed browsers. The colour profile is being ignored.
Expected results:
The colour profile should be respected the same way it is for still images. Google Chrome and Safari both effectively retain the colour management when viewing Youtube or Vimeo, Firefox does not.
Component: Untriaged → GFX: Color Management
Product: Firefox → Core
Summary: Colour management fails when watching video content → Color management fails when watching video content
