Linux: Something landed recently that improved the perf on this test with WR *disabled*. Also bug 1476636/bug 1455422 landing made this slightly worse with WR enabled. So now there's a WR-enabled regression on this test.
Windows: about the same with WR enabled and disabled.
Blocks: stage-wr-next
No longer blocks: stage-wr-trains

There is only WR.
