User Story

* Dragging a combination of pinned and unpinned tabs should:
** Unpin the pinned tabs
** Place the newly unpinned tabs at the beginning of the tabstrip (if the mouse cursor is at the starting edge of the tabstrip or over non-selected pinned tabs)
This is a following up of Bug 1458066 where pinned tabs are ignored when moving selected tabs since they are not currently allowed to be mixed with unpinned tabs.

Hi Mihir, this bug is not actionable until bug 1458066 is fixed, and I think this bug may be too difficult for a second-bug. Could you take a look at bug 1288167?
