1) Run a nightly build prior to 2018-07-16. (The table renders incorrectly on builds after the date due to Bug 1476180)
2) Visit https://github.com/vscode-icons/vscode-icons/wiki/ListOfFiles and scroll down a little to bring the table into view.

I meant to reference Bug 1472386 as the bug that broke the table rendering and not Bug 1476180, sorry.
