To reproduce

Click on Local Folders Account Header (this greys out get messages button)
Click on folder within SMTP email account.
Get messages button does not reactivate.

That is until you click on the Account Name.  Requires additional click - the
folders are a subset of the acount and should activate the account get mail feature.
