This is a metabug for Android native accessibility support.

The big idea is to support actual accessible tree hierarchies in Android. This will allow UIAutomator support as well as other non-TalkBack ATs. For TalkBack, we will have a special "sparse tree" mode that will only present a minimal tree that represents where the accessibility focus is at. This will allow performant non-blocking accessibility support without full tree caching.
