I have tried to connect via SSH to this machine, but it returned this:

Stdio forwarding request failed: Session open refused by peer
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

no ping, and no ssh. Dave can you please look deeper into this?

Today, I have tried to connect via SSH to this machine, but I received the following message:

QTS rebooted the machine physically
current logs appear in papertrail: https://papertrailapp.com/groups/1141234?filter=t-yosemite-r7-367
it has taken and completed 4 tasks since then (1 failure but it looks like a valid failure and not caused by the host).
