Once our implementation of the WebXR 1.0 spec (meta bug 1419190) has replicated the feature set of our WebVR implementation, we should flip the flag to enable this by default in Firefox nightly.
The WebXR spec is still undergoing TAG review so some late breaking changes are still expected. The WebVR spec will remain enabled simultaneously as a stable target during WebXR development. Once the WebXR spec is finalized with feedback from TAG, we should then enable in release (Bug 1419206).
