User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180704003137

Steps to reproduce:

Printed from PDF using built-in PDF viewer (pages 23-24) on PDF of URL below, saw errors, printed from download to compare.

https://www.bvsd.org/studentrights/Documents/RightsResp18-19-English.pdf

Actual results:

The "f" character is printed as a small rectangle (presumably an error character), and the heading fonts that should be displayed in bold aren't.

Expected results:

The "f" character should have been printed correctly, and the heading fonts should have been bolded.
Component: Untriaged → PDF Viewer
I can reproduce the issue of printing with "Microsoft Print to PDF" on Win10 Nightly63.0a1 - 52.9.0ESR.
