TB 60.0/win64/en-GB/ on WX Pro 1709 b16299.579
TB keeps indicating an update to 60.0 available. If downloaded and installed and TB restarted it produces the error displayed in the attachment.
Initially there was TB 60 b10 installed but after the issue became apparent it was removed and then TB 60 installed again however that did not remedy the issue.
Steps to reproduce
1. dl https://download-origin.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/thunderbird/releases/60.0/win64/en-GB/Thunderbird%20Setup%2060.0.exe
2. remove any previous installation TB (if applicable)
3. install TB 60.0/win64/en-GB/
4. after install completion start TB
5. Help -> About M TB
6. TB is checking for updates and downloads v60 and propmpts to update
7. after update and restart of TB the error is presented (attachement)
This looks like the same bug I'm seeing on Linux.
