Please take a look at the test.html Chrome 70 works correctly.
Attached file test.html
Blocks: 311415
Blocks: css-sizing-3
No longer blocks: 311415
We hit this chunk of "not sure what to do" code, with aFrame being each of the blocks whose writing-mode is orthogonal to its parent: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/4e56a2f51ad739ca52046723448f3129a58f1666/layout/base/nsLayoutUtils.cpp#5344-5351 I think this is a duplicate of bug 1311208.

Note that the layout gets mostly-fixed if you zoom in + out, as in bug 1311208 (because we use the intrinsic size if we've got it cached from a previous reflow).
Thank you for the info
