[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:

While loading the favicon sometimes the tab title moves to the left and back again shortly after. It doesn't always happen but it only happens in Firefox 63 Nightly and not in Firefox 62 Beta. I am not sure about the regression bug because it doesn't always happen, but tentatively setting as a dependency for bug 1453751.

I attached a screen cast. There you can see I reload Bugzilla three times. There are no problems the first and the second time. On the last reload you can see the problem.
