Details

When trying to ssh into machine, we're facing stdio error.
Blocks: 1473358
tried to log on it but I've received the following error : Stdio forwarding request failed: Session open refused by peer ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Looks like the host is offline once again. It won't respond to ping.

Once again, looks like we are hitting the STDIO issue on this machine. Worth mentioning that the machine is not responding to ping.
