Details

Devices: running on Android 7 or higher.
Build: Nightly 63.0a1;

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Sync.
2. Clear app's data from Android settings> Apps.
3. Re-open Nightly and check the "sync is not connected" notification.

Expected result:
The notification should be visible only in the notification bar & tray.

Actual result:
The notification appears on top of the app, covering the URL bar.
