STR:
1.Place the bookmarks bar in the toolbar in Customize.
2.Add a few bookmarks to make the bookmarks bar appear collapsed button.
3.Adding a bookmark at this point will cause the entire toolbar (including the bookmarks bar and other tools) to be collapsed, showing only the address bar.(see attachment)
4.New window (Ctrl+N) will returns to normal.

There seem to be several versions of this problem, and I haven't had a chance to test it on more platforms yet. Although there are a few people who customize toolbars and bookmarks, it is an annoying problem.
