[Affected versions]: - Nightly 62.0a1 - beta 61.0b8 [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - Windows 7 x86 - Ubuntu 16.04 x64 - macOS 10.12 [Prerequisites]: If the option "Recommended by Pocket" is not available go to about:config and change the pref. browser.search.region to US and restart the browser. [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Go to about:config and disable "Recommended by Pocket". 2. In a new tab, click on the meniu (...) for Top Sites. 3. Click on "Move Down" and "Move Up". 4. Go to about:preferences and enable "Recommended by Pocket". 5 Open a new tab and observe the behaviour. [Expected result]: - The order in the page is just as the default one: "Top Sites", "Recommended by Pocket" and "Highlights". [Actual result]: - The "Recommended by Pocket" section is placed on top of "Top Sites" section. [Regression range]: - It's not a regression. The issue is reproducing even on Nightly from 2018-03-09 (when this option was implemented).

I can reproduce this with 60.0a1 20180309100425, so probably has always been this way since the feature was added in bug 1433212. The pref gets set to browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.sectionOrder;topstories,topsites,highlights
