Can we update the hover state so when you mouse over the tile the search icon enlarges by 2px? This helps cover the hover outline peeking out from the bottom right corner and also draws more attention to the search icon and integrates it better with the tile (see spec).

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.13.3 with the latest "Firefox Nightly" (63.0a1 - Build ID 20180902220539) installed. Now the search icon is enlarged when hovered.
