From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc3) Gecko/20020523 BuildID: 1.0 rc3 a few (random?) horizontal lines of pixels are missing from large size images displayed from the referenced url. This doesn't appear to be a problem for the same release of mozilla for windows nt, ie; this seems to be a mac (or max osx) only problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start at the referenced url 2. click on the first image to get a large version. 3. you should see a few obviously missing lines. 4. verify that the lines ought to be there using a different browser or os.
WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002052305 (RC3). qwext()(), please attach a screenshot of the problem.
Summary: missing lines in high res images → Missing lines in high-res images
qwext()(), can you reproduce the problem using a new Mozilla user profile?
behavior is unchanged when the launched application was "mozilla profile manager"
also possibly worthy of note; On my screen, the images display in obviously line-at-a-time fashion. Hitting "reload" after the image has fully displayed seems to always result in a correct image, but hitting prev-next to get back to the same image is likely to produce another damaged image. This appears to be a problem with on-the-fly scaling of the larger image. Also, I note that the pop-up window mozilla produces is too large fot the screen - I cannot reach the lower-right corner to resize the window.
(qwext()(), merely launching using the Profile Manager isn't enough. Did you actually create a *new* user profile?
creating a new profile has no effect. The bug is still there.

Confirming issue in the June 02 OS X build (2002-06-02-05 1.0.0). Attaching reduced test case soon.

The problem occurs when the image referenced is being scaled down from 1200 x 800 to WIDTH='921' HEIGHT='614'.

Your testcase works for me in trunk 20030102, OSX 10.2.3 This may have been related to bug 115433, which also works now.
