[Affected versions]:
Nightly 63.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04, Mac OS 10.13

[Prerequisites]:
- set the pref dom.payments.request.enabled to "true"
- have a profile with saved cards

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to “https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/contact/” and click on “Buy” button
2. Select a saved Payment Method
3. Click on “Add” link for a new Contact Information
4. Fill all the field with valid data, except Phone number field
5. Click on “Add” button

[Expected Result]:
The Order Summary page should be displayed without any error for the Contact Information since all the required (*) fields were completed.

[Actual Result]:
The "Missing or invalid information" error message is displayed on the Order Summary page for the Contact Information.

[Note]:
After updating the saved contact information with a phone number, the error message will no longer be displayed. Thus, the phone number seems to be a required field even if there is no asterisk to mark that.
