1485544 - When slowly scrolling down in Bugzilla, there are grey lines and a grey "Add Comment" box for a short moment

If I am logged in to Bugzilla and scroll slowly down, the "Add Comment" box is completely grey inside for a short moment. Even before I scrolled to the bottom we see another part of this bug: There is one thick grey line between comment header and content of every comment scrolled into the viewport. They disappear when the "Add Comment" box finally gets its white background.
