Due to recent changes with the field labels which added new `position` properties in CSS, the error labels are now positioned incorrectly, relative to the wrong positioned element. Related to bug 1477100

Verified fixed on latest Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-28) (64-bit) on Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04. Mac OS 10.13.
