Details
If you close multiple tabs via multi-select tabs, undo close tab only brings 1 tab back.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select multiple tabs (Shift + select tabs)
2. Right-click and choose "Close Selected Tabs" from the context menu
3. Right-click and open context menu again and select "Undo Close Tab"
Result: Brings back the closed active tab only (if you select "Undo Close Tab" in the overflow menu, the same result occurs.
Expected:
1. Context menu would have the menu item "Undo Close Tabs" (plural).
2. Selecting the option should bring back all tabs that were last closed

This is the same as if you use "Close Other Tabs" or "Close Tabs to the Right" and want to undo that operation.
