Never say never :) You can get information and ask for help at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird > But I suggest in the main mail window to create i line and more space > between the upper header and the list of mails below. For what purpose or to solve what problem?

To make the space between the header and the mail list more visible. Header text and mail list are same typo. It could also be thinkable to have the header in a different/bigger typo or with a colour layer. It may be due to my age (66) and my bad eyes that only I have difficulties to seperate the two upper lines on the screen.
