Since MozReview has been decommissioned, I'd like the MozReview Redirection Service to be available at reviewboard.mozilla.org, which will preserve existing links (to some extent). The service is currently hosted on Heroku at mr-redirect.herokuapp.com.

This is completed and here are the steps it took: * added custom domain 'reviewboard.mozilla.org' to mr-redirect heroku app * redirected both public and private cnames for reviewboard.mozilla.org to reviewboard.mozilla.org.herokudns.com * enabled ssl under heroku's let's encrypt ACM ... wait for dns to propagate ... https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/
