I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-08) on Window 7, 64 Bit!
This bug's fix is verified with latest Beta!

I reproduced this issue using Nightly 64.0a1, build ID: (2018-09-08), on Windows 10 x32.
I can confirm this issue is fixed, I verified using Nightly 65.0a1, build ID: (2018-12-05), on Windows 10 x32,
