Steps to reproduce:

enable WR
1. Go to https://3dtransforms.desandro.com/cube
2. Scroll down till you see the "Un-fuzzing 3D transformed text" line
3. Scroll down slowly


Actual results:

The fuzzy text "ransform: perspective(500px) translateZ(250px)"  blinks when scrolled. 
If you select parts of this text, the other part disappears


Expected results:

not so

This also happened before https://github.com/servo/webrender/pull/3030 landed
So not a very recent regression.
