The name should be WebRender rather than WebRenderer, and it would be good to specify in the release note that it is only enabled by default on Windows 10 desktop nvidia GPUs for now.

Added to nightly release notes with this wording:

WebRender enabled by default for Desktop NVIDIA GPUs on Windows 10

I am leaving the relnote-firefox flag set to '?' for the 64 release manager.
