Added to nightly release notes with this wording: WebRender enabled by default for Desktop NVIDIA GPUs on Windows 10 I am leaving the relnote-firefox flag set to '?' for the 64 release manager.
Did you want this in the Beta64 release notes? Otherwise, we should probably relnote-firefox- this.
Let's relnote when we ship to release, which will be in another bug.
