- On https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/editparams.cgi?section=reports
- confirm that report_secbugs_active is already ON
- confirm that report_secbugs_products already has some products in a JSON array
- set report_secbugs_emails: security-group@mozilla.org
- Set up a cron job to run `perl scripts/secbugsreport.pl $(date +'%Y %m %d')` every week on Sunday 0000 Pacific Time.

I was on PTO last week, sorry for the late reply. I believe we're waiting on a bmo admin to pick up this bug.
