Re-opening the bug. The machine is not available on Taskcluster.
There is no document on ServiceNow portal and I couldn't find any last logs on papertrail.
I have also tried to boot it on network, but, I was unable.
Can you please check it and reseat it ?

I've just checked the machine and it seems that it is still unavailable on taskcluster and it has no ping.

Issued a cartridge reset and a reimage. Worker is back and completes jobs.
