Bugzilla Helper should ask for user-agent not "Build ID"

Details
When you use Bugzilla Helper to submit a bug, you are asked for the build id.
This has far less meaning than the user-agent string, e.g., OS an rv are not
included. You cannot tell if this is branch or trunk.
On the other hand the submitting user-agent is recorded which may or may not be
the one which produces the bug.
So it would be better to ask for the user-agent in the first place and prefill
with the one used for submission. Also add an explanation how to find it
(Help/About Mozilla).

except that in some instances the build id might be of some product that isn't
a browser. (openwatcom.org builds compilers and uses bugzilla)

OK, so this is maybe something just for bugzilla.mozilla.org.
In your case it doesn't seem to make too much sense to record the user-agent
anyways.

This belongs to me. The new Bugzilla Helper
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=simple) has this feature. But
we need the entire build ID in the user-agent string, ideally - but that's very
unlikely to happen.

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=simple does only extract the
build ID AFAICS. I am talking about the field "Build ID" not the additional
information which might be added for the reporting browser.

The newer version of that form, currently attached to bug 133559, extracts the
whole user-agent.

Does this mean we can dupe onto bug 133559?

Bugzilla Helper is no more! The new and improved simple bug entry form is:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided
And it asks for User Agent.

Great. A 301 on the old http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html would
be a better choice, though. Then link-checkers would find it. This way you have
to use the link and click, then tell someone who links to it etc.

A 301 would require configuring the webserver (I believe), and I don't have the
ability to do that.

clearing milestone on all DUPLICATE/WONTFIX/WORKSFORME/INVALID so they'll show
up as untriaged if they get reopened. "Jiminy Cricket!" for the filters (and I
don't care if it's spelled wrong ;)
