Continuation of bug 1493283. I found this bug accidentally as I was momentary not aware of disconnected sync on iOS.

STR:
1. After bug 1493283 sync is disconnected on iOS
2. open a website on iOS beta
3. Click on ... >Send to device
4. Other connected device appears in send tab list
5. Select one device and click on send

Actual: loading wheel is circling infinite. I was waiting for tab to be sent as I was not aware of disconnected sync.

Expected: User should be notified for  disconnected sync on after step #5.
