149339 - layout regression on trunk at Dell Support

The left-hand column on the dell support pages looks okay in a browser from the
1.0 branch but part of the "search" area is shifted right (doubling the entire
width of the column) in a trunk browser.  I'll attach before and after snapshots.

I can reproduce this at will on the trunk on Mandrake Linux 8.2 on a dual-proc
Pentium III. (I haven't tried Mozilla 1.0 on support.dell.com yet.)

reporter is that only with fresh trunk build or could you see it also with a
trunk build from June 4.

Thanks for the testcase.  This is because there is a <FORM> under the <TR> ...
