The scroll down arrow button moves while mouse down on the The scroll down arrow button. The down arrow button suddenly moves away from the position of the mouse pointer. Preparation to reproduce: 1. Create a Bookmarks folder 2. Create many bookmarks in the folder Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open Library (Ctrl+Shift+B) 2. Select the folder in the left pane(folder tree) 3. Mouse button down and hold on scroll down arrow of right side pane Actual Results: Suddenly, The position of the scroll arrow drastically shifts.
