Details

Dictionaries are currently managed in about:addons. Since they are going to be automatically installed when installing a langpack through the Preferences UI (bug 1479008) it would be good to also provide a UI for managing dictionaries in Preferences. This UI should be able to replace the about:addons UI at some point.
