We have detected a build metrics regression from push:

As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

This is expected and the same issue / explanation as bug 1485892 comment 1.

Prio-encoded Telemetry on Windows was disabled until just yesterday (bug 1492940), so now that we build libprio + msgpack on Windows the installer size is slightly larger.
