If you open fxfeeds.mozilla.com, it redirects to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/live-bookmarks . We should point the redirect to the same SUMO page we show after live bookmark migration.

fxfeeds.m.c is set to decom (we've picked up https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1459338 )
