This leads to the run-generic-worker.bat file looping while waiting to to find EndOfManifest.semaphore or task-claim-state.valid.

Attachment: Update the hw-startup-check.ps1

This issue is most likely being caused by firmware/network issue on moonshots, and the node failing to download the new file.

looks fine although there is a merge conflict due to changes from earlier today (i moved the semaphore component to the end already: https://github.com/mozilla-releng/OpenCloudConfig/commit/e8e85f1).

This issues has been resolved with the change to how the schedule task is created : https://github.com/mozilla-releng/OpenCloudConfig/commit/a130930
