1495147 - Retrigger feedback takes longer to arrive

STR:
  1. Select a job
  2. Press 'r' to retrigger

Previous behaviour:
  The little green message that says "Retrigger sent"
  shows up in 1-2 seconds.

New behaviour:
  The message takes 5-6 seconds to show up.

Seems to have change a few weeks ago, perhaps around the same time that the wording of the message changed to mention some "action.json".

Created a PR that would send a feedback right away after a retrigger/cancel action has been requested.

This should be deployed to production later this week, but can be tested on stage (https://treeherder.allizom.org) in the meantime once it's auto-deployed (~15-20 mins).
