Please add a link to the FAQ (http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.0/faq/) in the
Help-menu, under the Release Notes. And put a link to the FAQ in the Release
Notes too.
That would make it lot easier to find for most users, since it's not in the
Help, the Release Notes or the about-page.
