User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce: open https://opensignal.com/reports/2018/02/state-of-lte#spectrum Actual results: inaccurate scroll position, I had to focus address bar again and hit enter to reposition Expected results: it should scroll without extra human actions it should update position every layout or wait for all network requests, JS and other tasks
