User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0

Steps to reproduce:

Right clicked an unselected tab and chose "Move to new window".

Actual results:

This opens a blank tab on a new window and doesn't load the originally present link page of that unselected tab, thereby losing data!

Expected results:

If I had "www.bing.com" search results in my unselected tab from my previous session, it ought to copy that exact link of the unloaded tab and load the page as it moves the tab into its own window and brings it into focus.
And now, within the same session, every time I "select the tab" then "Move to new window", the unselected tab's page from my first action is loaded on my parent window from which I moved the tab. There is no associated tab for this page, and selecting a different tab makes this page go away... This is definitely exhibiting weird behaviour.
