The feature was first enabled on Nightly in the 63 cycle, though we are targeting 64 for the Release cycle. As such, most functionality landed in 63 but we are now landing some last remaining parts of the UI (mostly context menus). Would you still want a Nightly release note for this?

[Why is this notable]: finishing up remaining work for Multi-select Tabs
[Affects Firefox for Android]: no
[Suggested wording]: Select multiple tabs and perform actions such as moving tabs as a group, muting, bookmarking, pinning, and more. Add individual tabs to the selection via Ctrl-click on Windows and Linux and Cmd-click on OSX, or via keyboard by using Ctrl-Left/Ctrl-Right to move focus to a tab, then Ctrl-Space. Add a range of tabs to the selection via Shift-click. Once a selection is made, open the context menu to perform various actions on the tabs.

I've got a 64beta release note in for bug 1474938, saying "You can now select multiple tabs from the tab bar, and mute, move, bookmark, or pin them quickly and easily".  Happy to change the text, but having both seems redundant.

Verified fixed in latest nightly 65.0a1(2018-11-08) and latest Beta 64.0b8 on Windows 10x64, macOS 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04x64.
