When resizing the window to be especially small, several visual elements get truncated rather than neatly collapsing into overflow menus.
The presence of an EV TLS certificate makes things especially frustrating, as the certificate's organization name is never fully collapsed, and ends up hogging a good third of the available space.

I also find it interesting that the Downloads button, if present, never disappears or collapses into overflow; it just slowly gets truncated by the overflow menu.

I'm pretty sure this is duplicate of some ancient bug, we don't have a lot of options apart from having a min-width.
