1496689 - The new drop down menu's item looks like it's grayed out and disabled

Step to Reproduce:
  click Product under Status

Actual result:
  menu is shown, but there are 2 problems:
    * list item text is not the same color as other part of the UI,
      other part uses black, but the list item is gray
    * there's non-list item text which is also uses same color, but there's
      link which is in the link's color (blue)

  this results in the list item look like grayed out and disabled

Expected result:
  the list item uses the same color as other part of the UI

Solved in Bug 1377977.
