Steps to reproduce:
When I get my laptop up from sleep or tablet mode
Actual results:
The address bar drops down for no reason and then freezes, cannot be removed or links cannot be clicked. It then disappears in a few minute or i have to close Firefox and open it again.
Expected results:
The dropdown should not have appeared.

please try to reproduce in Safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

I think it's the same as bug 1498973
