Just early version 52.6.0 is for downloading
See here -> http://br.mozdev.org/thunderbird/
and here -> https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/60.2.1/releasenotes/?lang=pt-BR#
BUT 60.2.1 doesn't work at all:
..................
< Unable to Connect to your IMAP server. You may need exceed the maximum number of connection this sever .If so, use the Advanced IMAP Server Settings dialog to reduce the number of cached... >
4 accounts IMAP almost few short messages on all almost empty folders GMail online.
Windows 7 H. Premium. 64 bits.
PC very good.
Avira Pro.
4 GMail accounts (like I used to have, and working too much well)
....................
No message can be sent either received.
There are differentes ways of configure the 60.2.1 version
(I ve tried various settings, but nothing succeed).
It should works OK like the early version
(I use TB for many years and OK, but now, not at all. I uninstalled, took off the theme I ve choosen (it is for 60).
...................
I have seen other persons with problem a little similar to the mine. But it is strange TB Brazil does not show new version 60.2.1, but just 52.6.0.

(please don't set security - what you describe is not a vulnerability - you did the same thing in bug 1495836)
> But it is strange TB Brazil does not show new version 60.2.1, but just 52.6.0.
52.6.0 should have long ago changed to 52.9.1
Who maintains http://br.mozdev.org/thunderbird/ and http://br.mozdev.org/thunderbird/download/ ?
And how do they determine when there is a new version?
If they are using download.mozilla.org then more recently they be caught by bug 1481198. But again they already have 52.9.1.

I did notuderstand. I do not know which is bounce and to delete or change ir.
I have uninisntalled using Control Panel
and deleting the archive (in Downloads section).
But the problem continues.
Which are the correct cnfiguration on SMTP for sending and for Receiving?
Need I uninstall all traces of thunderbird? (because when I reinstall, all configuration come back), and New 60.2.0 sows several options to mark No SSL, Encrypted, OAuth, etc).
I have never remove all traces of any program, it seems to makechanges on Registries, and I am afraid of doing that. Could you help me, please?
I almost give up of thunderbird, I hate outlook. Do you suggest other good free email client?

Wayne,
thank you so much. In safe mode I could configure and it is OK now!!!
(This has never happenned with all versions of TB I always used to use.
But it is not completell resolved because I tested sending a short message to the same email ando to other email anda... no received! The screen says it
werre sent, but. All this 2 e-mails are configured in TB 60.2.1 (64 bits) automaticalley (until now I suppose there were only 32 bits - My W7 is 64 bits).
Could you see a path else? Please?

Ah! That phrase continues appearing "Unable to Connect to your IMAP server. You may need exceed the maximum number of connection this sever .If so, use the Advanced IMAP Server Settings dialog to reduce the number of cached..."
although this time I configured and all folders were downloaded.
My GMails accounts, since the first bug, is too less than 10 000 (I had put on 1000, or 5 000 ) directly to online accounts).
