User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce: Open Firefox and have only one blank tab opened. browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs is set to true. Try to open all bookmarks in one folder via Open All in Tabs Actual results: Bookmarks are opened in new windows without any of them reusing the blank tab (which works fine when opening just one bookmark). Expected results: First (or any) bookmark should reuse the blank tab and then every other bookmark from the list should create new tabs.
It's a very minor issue. Have filed it because someone commented on the other closed bug.

The problem also exists when the user clicks a link from an external application (such as the mail client) that opens in Firefox. It will open another tab even though there is already an empty, unused tab.
I have noticed this too. But it is not related to bookmarks. So maybe should be filed as a separate bug and linked to this one. Care to file it?

The last needinfo from me was triggered in error by recent activity on the bug. I'm clearing the needinfo since this is a very old bug and I don't know if it's still relevant.
