149827 - When closing all Mozilla windows in Windows98, QuickLaunch does not remain active in the 'system tray'

When using Mozilla 1.0 RC1/2/3 and Mozilla 1.0, (in Windows 98SE), when Windows
starts up, the Mozilla QuickLaunch Icon is in the 'system tray'. I can then use
the icon to load Mozilla (browser). However, after closing all Mozilla windows,
the QuickLaunch icon does not stay in the system tray. Mozilla has to be fully
restarted to use it again. This did not happen in version 0.9.9

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla from Start Menu or wherever the program icon is
2.The browser loads, and the QuickLaunch icon is in the system tray
3.When finished using Mozilla, close all Mozilla windows
4.QuickLaunch icon does not remain in the system tray


Actual Results:  The QuickLaunch icon did not stay active in the system tray.

Expected Results:  The QuickLaunch icon should remain active in the system tray.

I am using Windows 98SE on a PIII PC 'clone'. Other running applications include
ZoneAlarm, PGPnet, AVG Anti-Virus, MSN Messenger, Palm Hotsync... 
The bug did not occur in Mozilla 0.9.9.
I first installed Mozilla 0.9.9, then 1.0 RC1, RC2, RC3, then 1.0, all to the
same directory.

do you install on top of older builds?
They should always be uninstalled (or otherwise removed) first - depending on
installation method.

Can you uninstall properly (and also delete "components" and "chrome" in the
installation dir, to make sure not too much olf cruft is left)
Then reinstall and tell what you see.

I can confirm this on WinXP, every build from 1.0 to recent nightlies (2002070408).  I always cleanly install.

QuickLaunch will work with multiple profiles on trunk builds (nightlies)
On the branch there is a pref set to allow QuickLaunch only with a single 
profile
