Steps to reproduce:
1. open youtube video in fullscreen
2. press ctrl/cmd + t
Actual results:
Search bar doesn't get focused.
Expected results:
When opening new tab in any other case focus goes to search bar.

I can recreate this, but I don't think it's search related. IT's going to be Window/focus related.
