Hm, auth requires tc-pulse (for pulse credentials). Pulse requires auth (for Azure credentials).
https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-terraform/pull/13 Note that this requires a working auth service, which will eventually require a working pulse service. This *might* work, if auth can successfully serve an Azure table API method before pulse is working. Which I think it can.
